Geneva 2000 ™ Premium Dentures Geneva 2000 ™ Premium dentures are created with hand-crafted teeth imported from Switzerland. Denture teeth are available in multi-layered porcelain and beautiful, 3-layered, high-density plastic material. This layering, with different shades of color, gives them their true-to-life, natural look. (Most denture teeth only have 1 shade and often the 6 front teeth shades are exactly the same, giving an artificial appearance.) Dr. McElhinney is the only dentist in northern Nevada qualified to make these attractive, contemporary dentures available to the public.
Thanks to Geneva's Smile Design™ our patients can choose from a variety of denture personality designs including Conventional, Active Vivacious, Rugged Vigorous, Delicate Petite and several others. In addition to being attractive, durable, natural looking and comfortable, Geneva 2000™ Smile Designs™ have another very unique feature: they have teeth designed to be gender specific, that is, there are different shapes of teeth for men and women... not one mold for both sexes as with generic dentures.

Mini-Dental Implants

Mini Implants are a terrific solution for stabilizing dentures so that you can confidently and comfortably eat the foods you like. "Minis" can be placed in one short procedure at our office using precise and minimally invasive surgery. And they don't require surgical sutures, in most cases.
